Scrimshaw Honored with AAA Four Diamond Award

Scrimshaw at the Desmond has been awarded the prestigious AAA Four Diamond Rating for 2013, making this the fourth consecutive year for this honor.

The Four Diamond rating indicates the extensiveness of food, decor, and personal service. AAA's Diamond Rating System is the only rating system that covers all of North America, and is one of only two that conducts on-site evaluations.

In addition to the AAA Four Diamond award, Scrimshaw is also a recipient of the American Culinary Federation Achievement of Excellence Award and the Wine Spectator Award of Excellence.
