Creo is bringing in the colder weather with a brand new menu for lunch and dinner. The available dishes have a French flare and are inspired by Chef Sell's experience and affection for longer cooking processes.
The result? Warm and satisfying favorites like House Made Cavatelli with bolognese and herb ricotta mousse, Rotisserie Half Chicken with a cinnamon chipotle rub, mashed potatoes, broccolini, and apricot jus, and Grilled Salmon with cheese roasted cauliflower, lemon yogurt, and a salad of frisee and grapefruit segments with a chive vinaigrette.
