Marché serves up Autumn Menu

Using locally sourced ingredients means cooking with whatever fruit and vegetables are in season, and Marché at 74 State does this with talent. Earlier this year, Marché created seasonal menus based on cucumbers, tomatoes, and blueberries.

Now, it's apples and brussels sprouts. An unlikely pairing, indeed. Tell us what you think!
